DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Each item of my-pearl Jewellery is presented in an elegant white gift box with ‘my-pearl’ branding. An informative care card and pearl description is also enclosed.
We post out through Royal Mail recorded delivery as a safe and insured method of delivery.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY £7.95
All orders are dispatched via ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48. If you wish for your parcel to be left in a safe place, please leave instructions when placing your order. Purchases over £100.00 include free delivery.
UK FAST TRACK DELIVERY £12.00
If you need your jewellery quickly a fast track service can be selected at checkout. Orders are sent via ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY and orders must be placed by midday to receive a next day service. Please note a signature is required on receipt. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. This service is not available as a next day service during bank holiday periods.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY £15.00
All orders are dispatched via ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR. Orders to the US, Canada and Australia can take up to three weeks and your order will require a signature on receipt.
Please note you may be charged local custom and duty on receipt.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your order in any way please contact us immediately via email at info@my-pearl.co.uk
We aim to respond to your email with 48 hours. Orders can be sent back to us for exchange or refund by letting us know within 7 days of receipt.
Returned goods must be sent to us within 30 days, in their original packaging and unworn with a copy of your delivery note. We recommend you obtain proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Once received, refunds will then be made, covering the purchase cost of the jewellery only.
